Tower Crane Operator

Responsible for lifting and placing various equipment or materials safely while operating the crane. They must also do a daily safety inspection and routine crane maintenance. 

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid British Columbia Level A crane certificate

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Must demonstrate the ability to confidently and effectively pick up and place equipment or materials

• Ability to do pre-operational inspections to make sure the crane is operating smoothly

• Must be able to calculate weight capacities to prevent overloading

• Be cautious and make safe judgments

• Must be available and willing to work overtime when required
