Site Superintendent

(Concrete Forming Carpenter Foreman)

Responsible for optimizing efficiency by planning and organizing their assigned projects, tracking man hours and filling out timesheets, as well as teaching, guiding, and encouraging crew members to be more productive. 

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and scheduling skills

• Processes the ability to effectively communicate with their crew in order to increase efficiency

• Must be able to extinguish conflict and disputes between sub-trades or crew members calmly and respectfully.

• Must have a strong knowledge in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings

• Must know and enforce all WorkSafe (WBC) safety protocols and procedures

• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a concrete forming carpenter on commercial projects

• Experience working with forming systems (eg. Logic 60, Doka, Peri, etc.) an asset

• Must be available and willing to work overtime when required

• Must have a reliable method of transportation to project job sites
