Construction Layout Detailer

Uses surveying equipment to prepare, organize, and oversee the placement and height of all aspects of concrete formwork. 

Qualifications:

• Superior knowledge using robotic surveying equipment and laser levels

• Ability to perform technical work such as laying out grid lines, pour heights, slab grades, and locations of walls and columns

• Knowledge and experience using AutoCAD

• Must be sufficient in interpreting drawings

• Must be precise and possess high attention to detail

• Possess good communication skills

• Must be physically capable of working in all weather conditions and construction environments

• Must own personal fall protection equipment (PPE) and be certified to use it

• Must know and comply to all WorkSafe (WBC) safety procedures

• Must be available and willing to work overtime when required

• Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work
