Concrete Forming Carpenter

Reports to and assists the on-site superintendent for the purpose of building, installing, and dismantling all types of concrete formwork. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years or concrete forming carpenter experience

• The ability to organize and motivate carpenter apprentices to work efficiently

• Must be physically capable of working in all weather conditions and construction environments

• Must own your own or buy your own tools

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds of weight

• Must own your own fall protection gear (PPE) and be certified to use it

• Must know and comply to all WorkSafe (WBC) safety procedures

• Experience working with forming systems (eg. Logic 60, Doka, Peri, etc.) an asset

• Must be available and willing to work overtime when required

• Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work
